Ordering

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order — for example, where an item is out of stock, there's been a pricing or description error, or we're unable to verify payment. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full using your original payment method.

Product images are for illustration. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, and orders may be subject to standard verification and fraud checks before they're accepted.

In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

Returns and refunds

Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

As Blister Wool is a personal-use hygiene product, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind — please choose carefully. Full details are on our Returns page.
