We usually dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. From there, delivery is handled by Australia Post, with timeframes depending on your location. We ship to street addresses, PO Boxes, and parcel lockers.

Orders are sent with an Authority to Leave (safe drop), so please make sure your delivery address is a safe spot to leave a parcel. If Australia Post judges the location unsafe, your order will be carded for collection at your nearest post office.

You'll receive a dispatch notification with tracking so you can follow your order on its way.

Care and Handling

Every order is checked and carefully packed to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition. If anything arrives damaged, just get in touch at hello@blisterwool.com.au and we'll sort it out.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery times are set by Australia Post and can vary by destination. While we get orders out the door quickly, occasional delays outside our control can happen — including postal delays, disruptions from weather, strikes, or peak periods. We appreciate your patience if this happens.
